Music Lessons: New Instruments, New Locations, and an Expanded Faculty!

New Instruments, New Locations, and an Expanded Faculty!

Downtown Winchester Ma and Cummings Center in Beverly Ma

We're thrilled to announce that we're expanding our music lesson offerings to include more instruments and a brand-new location! In addition to our popular drum lessons, you can now learn electric bass, keyboards (beginner to advanced), and guitar (beginner) with our incredible team of instructors.

We're also excited to be opening a new location at the prestigious Cumming Center in Beverly, MA, adding to our original location in downtown Winchester, MA. This expansion allows us to bring our unique, practical, and fun approach to music education to even more students on the North Shore.

Meet Our New Faculty

To lead this exciting expansion, we are proud to welcome two new award-winning instructors to our faculty, joining our current stellar team of Sergio Bellotti (Berklee College of Music drumset faculty) and Teri Coté (formerly with David Cassidy).

  • Tino D'Agostino is an award-winning band director at Arlington High School and a Berklee College of Music Summer Programs ensemble faculty member. Tino brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, and we're thrilled to have him on board. He is a recognized clinician who has presented workshops for music educators and has performed with renowned artists like Andrea Bocelli.

  • Carson Moore, an artist and multi-instrumentalist, has over 10 years of experience performing in a wide range of genres, including jazz, Latin, and Cambodian music. Specializing in keyboards and drum set, Carson has been performing on both instruments since his first rock show at the age of 10. His passion lies in exploring unique combinations of rhythm and harmony.

Owner Sergio Bellotti personally selects each faculty member to ensure they embody the school's mission statement and vision for music education. Our instructors are not just great musicians; they're passionate educators dedicated to helping you achieve your musical goals.

Our Philosophy: Practical, Engaging, and Fun

Our goal is to get you playing and having fun from day one! We believe that lessons should be practical and engaging, focusing on hands-on playing and getting you to play along to your favorite songs as soon as possible. We incorporate music theory and formal instruction only as much as you want or need, making the learning experience truly tailored to you.

This approach is perfect for kids in school band programs or anyone who wants to start or continue their band dreams. We believe music should be a joyous experience, and we encourage students to bring in the music they love, as every song holds valuable lessons in harmony, melody, and rhythm.

We also believe in the power of playing together. We connect like-minded students and encourage them to meet and play in both our coached ensemble sessions, where both faculty and students participate, as well as our informal jam sessions for younger students who don't have the opportunity to attend local ones at bars and clubs with age limits.

Our lessons are designed to be affordable, and we work with each student to determine the right lesson length and frequency to keep the cost per lesson down while ensuring a long-term, rewarding musical journey.
