Shipping Policies & Time In Transit/Stock- return policy

Dear Customer,

Please be advised that, at times, the stock quantity on this website may not be 100% accurate because of sales that might have occurred at our physical location or on other web platforms (Ebay, Reverb, Market Place)

While we strive to streamline and update inventory in real time to reflect the actual availability of items, there could be an occasional instance of a SOLD OUT item.


It would be our priority to refund and let you know of such occurrence.


New items still made by manufacturers if out of stock, can still be acquired in a timely manner (especially because most manufacturers offer direct drop ship services. In rare cases they would only ship to the retailer (us) and we would promptly ship to you.

If you need an item very rapidly because of an imminent show, or being a gift etc, please feel free to reach us via email at or via text at 617 312 7090 for up to date stock info and of course a realistic timeline for items that may not be in stock.

 Keep in mind that most products can be shipped overseas but there are some manufacturer that won't allow it ( used items can always be shipped anywhere)


We ship out of Boston, Ma with a max time in transit of 5 Business days if within the US and 14 Business days if worldwide (Usps airmail)

Full store credit (no refund) for items that are returned within 30 days from the delivery date with the original packaging and that have not been abused. If an item is defective, manufacturer standard warranty will apply
