We strive to update inventory in real-time to reflect accurate availability, but occasional instances of sold-out items may occur.
In the event of a sold-out item, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund.
For new items currently out of stock, we can typically acquire them quickly as most manufacturers offer direct drop-shipping services. In rare cases where manufacturers only ship to retailers, we will promptly ship the item to you after receiving it.

Please note that most products can be shipped internationally, although some manufacturers may have restrictions. Used items can be shipped worldwide.
We ship from Boston, MA with a maximum transit time of 5 business days within the US and 14 business days worldwide (via USPS Airmail).

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery with the original packaging and in unused condition. Full store credit will be issued for eligible returns (no cash refunds). Manufacturer warranties will apply to defective items.
